1. SHIPPING COST
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. There are no hidden charges or extra fees at checkout.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 12 business days to arrive at their destination.
Please note: During high-volume seasons or holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via our "Track Order" page or through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at comfycrest.innn@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
ComfyCrest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
